通常のBOFFアビリティ(Temporal/Intel/Command/Miracle Worker等専門シートを除く)を使用すると上記一定確率で他の通常のBOFFアビリティのCDをGCDまでいっきに短縮してくれる
他のCD管理が要らなくなるほど、これ使用する場合はA2B使う必要がないが専門シート使う場合はPOくらいは欲しい

Captainの役職により、異なるTraitです
EngineeringであればHull Repair Over Time効果追加(毎秒HULL値回復)
Tacticalであれば、+125% Flight Speed / +125% Turn Rate / +100 DRR for Slow
Scienceであれば、Shield Regeneration Rateにボーナス
これらの追加効果もTeam組んでいれば、Teammateにも恩恵があります
