Mark the target foe to coordinate the attacks of nearby allies. Any torpedos that impact the marked foe will cause additional kinetic damage. Torpedo impacts will also periodically grant free “Torpedo High Yield I” modes to allies that hit the target, along with resetting torpedo cooldowns.

Once per 4 sec: Grants Torpedo: High Yield I to one Damager, and resets Torpedo Cooldowns
Rank III : 20% Extra Kinetic Damage (100% Shield Penetration)
Once per 2 sec: Grants Torpedo: High Yield I to one Damager, and resets Torpedo Cooldowns

Rank II : Activating a Beam, Cannon, Mine or Torpedo will cause you to gain +40% Bonus All Damage for the other 3 types of weapons.
Rank III : Activating a Beam, Cannon, Mine or Torpedo will cause you to gain +50% Bonus All Damage for the other 3 types of weapons.
